What Youll Do This is an opportunity to support disadvantaged communities and combat climate change. The Programs Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to day-operations of scrap vehicle logistics, including collection, coordination, and processing. This role involves scheduling with customers, scrap yards, dealerships, and towing services. The Coordinator is responsible for evaluating documentation, maintaining accurate records, and reporting to ensure full compliance with program guidelines, policies and procedures. Schedule and coordinate with authorized scrap yards, dealerships, customer and towing services to ensure timely and efficient handling of scrap vehicles Evaluate documentation related to vehicle dismantling for accuracy, completeness and compliance with program guidelines and procedures. Maintain accurate records of scrap vehicles, including but not limited to documentation of receipts, REG42s and any other documentation from the dismantler and vehicle tower. Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors, respond and anticipate inquiries from contracts and vendors, and perform quality control checks associated with program operations and claims processing.
