Title of the project: Delineation of molecular mechanism of interaction between the human E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme and the substrate-bound bacterial effector Lpg2455/GobX, a U-Box E3 ubiquitin ligase, during Legionella infection.

Essential Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science or other related field with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university.
• Candidates with Master's degree in Life Sciences having prior research experience in the field of molecular biology (Sub-Cloning, Protein overexpression and purification) will be preferred. Candidates qualifying National Eligibility Test such as CSIR/UGC/DBT/ICMR/GATE NET-JRF are encouraged to apply

Project Duration: 4 Years 3 Months.

Fellowship: Rs. 20,000/- (Consolidated) per month
