"Project Assistant"

The Indira Gandhi National Tribal University, Amarkantak, is recruiting for the post of Project Assistant under the National Network Project of North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong. Bio-prospecting of medicinally important two orchid species and Nepenthes khasiana virgin pitcher fluid: a step towards bio-inspired innovations.

Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. in Botany/Plant Sciences/Biotechnology/Biochemistry or any relevant discipline of Life Sciences from a recognized University with a minimum CGPA of 6 on a 10-point scale, or minimum 60% marks in aggregate. For SC/ST candidates, minimum CGPA of 5.5 on a 10-point scale or not less than 55% marks in aggregate.

Emoluments: Rs. 20,000 + 9% HRA per month.

Job Location: Amarkantak, Madhya Pradesh.
