Job Title: Project Associate

Job Type: Temporary

Department: Management Studies

Qualification: Master’s degree in management/ social work/ commerce/ Arts/, or any related field.

Skills: Understanding of the entrepreneurial ecosystem is required. The project will involve travelling. Hence, willingness to travel to the entrepreneurs’ locations (several districts in Tamil Nadu) is needed. 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the field of women’s development or entrepreneurship. Background and knowledge or prior experience in project executions or experience in similar projects in Gender Studies, Women’s Entrepreneurship, fieldwork in general will be preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in Tamil and English language (oral and written). Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools such as SPSS. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duration: Initially for 6 months, later extendable to 1 year based on performance.

Number of Vacancies: 01

Pay: Rs. 25,000/- to 35,000/- per month (Salary commensurate with experience and performance)
