Project Title: Uncertainty quantification of multiscale flutter analysis of composites

Department: Mechanical Engineering

Sponsor: Aeronautics Research and Development Board (AR&DB) under Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Govt. of India

Duration: 3 years or completion of project, whichever earlier (extension based on performance review every 12 months)

Essential Qualification: B.E./ B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering/ Aerospace Engineering/ Production Engineering/Aeronautical Engineering or M.E/ M. Tech or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering and related branches of Mechanical Engineering from recognized University. Other terms are according to DRDO-AR&DB guidelines.

Candidate Profile: The candidate should be completed a UG/PG in the relevant discipline with good academic records. The candidate should have excellent communication. Candidates should be passionate towards teaching and guiding students. The candidate should have good research record.

Job Location: Silchar, Assam

Pay Scale: Rs. 37,000/- per month for 1st and 2nd year Rs. 42,000/- per month for 3rd year (GATE qualified candidates will be given preference). Note: Candidate will be eligible for H.R.A as per the Project / Institute norms.
