Job Title: Project Associate-I

Employment Type: Temporary

Department: Chemistry

Project Title: National Network Project of ACTREC-TMC, Navi Mumbai.

Project Description: Project work involve computer aided modelling of previously unmodelled proteins, prediction of impact of mutations on protein conformation, flexibility and stability using accelerated molecular dynamic simulations, Time-lagged independent component analysis, and in-silico docking. It also aimed to the development of potential small molecule data base for comprehensive drug discovery.

Qualification: M. Sc. in Bioinformatics/Biophysics/ Computational Biology/Chemistry/ Biochemistry/M.Pharm. or allied field with at least 55% marks. Experience in protein modelling, computer aided drug design, molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulation, good training in the field of in-silico genomic analysis, and good command in oral and written communication skills in English will be given preference

Job Location: New Delhi

Pay Scale: Monthly stipend as per DST guidelines (OM SR/S9/Z-05/2019 Dt. 10/7/2020) @ Rs. 25,000 + 24% HRA

Project Duration: Initially for a period of one year with the provision of further continuation (till duration of the project) subject to the satisfactory performance.
