Job Title: Project Associate-II

Employment Type: Temporary

Project Title: Development of CRISPR Cas13a and Cas12a-based portable diagnostic tool for dual detection of Hepatitis C virus and Hepatitis B virus

Qualification: MSc (in any area of Life-sciences/Biological science) with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks (equivalent CGPA). For this project, a prior research experiences in virology or CRISPR technology are encouraged to apply. Candidates with NET / GATE/ CSIR / UGC DBT/ ICMR JRF/ DST INSPIRE-PHD fellowship are encouraged to apply.

Job Location: New Delhi

Pay Scale: As per DST/Govt Of India.

Project Duration: The appointment will be purely on temporary basis for 6 months initially which can be further extended till 28th Feb, 2026 based on the performance of the candidate. However, the duration of this position is co-terminus with the duration of the Project and will have no financial liability beyond duration of the project.
