Organization Profile: Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur (abbreviated VNIT Nagpur), also referred to as NIT Nagpur, formerly Regional College of Engineering, Nagpur (REC) and Visvesvaraya Regional College of Engineering, Nagpur (VRCE), is a premier public engineering and research institution in India. It is located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, in central India. The institute has been consistently ranked among the best fifteen engineering colleges in India. It was established in June 1960 by the Government of India and later named in honor of engineer, planner, and statesman, Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya.

Job Position: Project Associate

Project Title: Wooden toy pilot project

Department: Mechanical Engineering

Sponsor: KVIC RENTI

Essential Qualification: Degree in Toy Design or Graphic Design or Architecture or Product Design, or Mechanical Engineering.

Desirable Qualification: Familiarity with drawing/ design software like AUTO CAD and good knowledge of colour schemes.

Job Description: Designing toys, preparing drawings, making process sheets, making sample toys, and other related work.

Job Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

Fellowship: Rs. 25,000/- per month consolidated

Duration: 01 Year (Maximum)

Tenure of Assignment: The appointment is on a contract basis upto a maximum period of one year subject to satisfactory performance evaluation every Six months.
