Organization Profile: Dr B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology was established in the year 1987 as Regional Engineering College and was given the status of National Institute of Technology (Deemed University) by the Government of India on October 17, 2002 under the aegis of Ministry of Human Resource Development, New Delhi. Now the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India has declared the Institute as “Institute of National Importance” under the act of Parliament-2007.

Project Title: Design and development of System on Chip based next generation IoT System for Industry 4.0 with Functional Safety and Security Features

Essential Qualifications:

Project Associate: BE/ B.Tech (ECE or Relevant Branch) and ME/ M.Tech in VLSI/ Microelectronics/ Nanoelectronics/ Electronic System and related areas with minimum of first class from a reputed institute or In case class is not specified in degree then minimum 60% marks or 7.0 CGPA will be considered as 1st class. Preference should be given to GATE/NET qualified. Candidate must have good knowledge is VLSI/TCAD design tool i.e. Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics etc is desirable. Additional Terms and conditions as per funding agency Guidelines.

Sr. Project Associate: In addition of the above, the preference is to be given to a Ph.D. degree/Thesis submitted or M.Tech with experienced person.

Desirable Qualification:

Project Associate: Working knowledge of TCAD/ CADANCE/ SYNOPSYS/ MATLAB and Chip Tap out will be an added advantage.

Sr. Project Associate: As above with desirable experience with 01 – 03 years with working knowledge in the field of VLSI Design.

Project Duration: The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project which is sanctioned up to May 2027 or till the completion of the project.

Emoluments:

Project Associate: Rs. 45,000/- (Per month) and 10 % Increment per year.

Sr. Project Associate: Rs. 54,000/- (Per month) and 10 % Increment per year.
