Project Associate / SRF / Field Staff

Assam University, Silchar is recruiting for the position of Project Associate / SRF / Field Staff in the Department of Statistics for the project titled "A Study on Methodology of Monetizing the Work Done by Women at Home in Assam", sponsored by the Directorate of Economics and Statistics, Govt. of Assam. The duration is 1 year, and the job is temporary.

Essential qualifications: For Project Associate-II/SRF (1 post): M.Sc. in Statistics/Economics/Computer Science or relevant subjects with minimum 55% marks and two years of research experience. Preference for NET/GATE qualified candidates. Knowledge of study designing and data analysis is desirable. Age limit: Up to 45 years.

For Field Staff (1 post): Graduate degree in any discipline. Experience in data collection and good communication skills are desirable. Age limit: Up to 35 years.
