Organization Profile: The Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA), an autonomous institution under the Ministry of Culture, Government of India having its Regional Centre at Bengaluru is visualised as a Centre encompassing the study of all arts, especially in their dimension of interrelationship and mutual interdependence. The IGNCA seeks to place the arts within the context of the natural and human environment. The fundamental approach of the centre in all its work is multi-disciplinary and holistic.

Employment Type: Temporary

Qualification:

• Project Associates
  Post-Graduation in Commerce/Accounting from any recognized university.
  Knowledge of Accounting and GFR Norms.
  Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field preferably in Government Sector.
• Project Assistants
  Masters degree in Sanskrit/Philosophy/Hindi or equivalent.
  Adequate knowledge of English and Hindi language, both written and oral.
  Candidate should be well versed in MS Office, Google Docs and Online mediums of editing.
  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Project Assistants
  Masters degree in any discipline of Art/Humanities or equivalent
  Adequate knowledge of English and Hindi language, both written and oral.
  Candidate should be well versed with MS Office, Google Docs and Online mediums of editing.
  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• PRIVATE SECRETARY TO REGIONAL DIRECTOR
  Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university
  Proficiency in MS Office
  Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Dogri, Kashmiri or any state scheduled language

Monthly Emoluments

• Project Associates- Rs.40,000/- per month
• Project Assistants- Rs.30,000/- per month
• PRIVATE SECRETARY TO REGIONAL DIRECTOR- Rs 20,000/- per month (fixed).

Candidates are requested to report on time for verification of original certificates and only eligible candidates will be allowed to appear for the interview.
A candidate if selected will have to submit, at the time of joining, two reference letters/testimonials obtained from previous employer/organization/institution where the candidate has either worked or studied and such reference letters should have been issued within a month.
