Qualifications: The project director must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and five (5) years of business development and technical assistance experience. Applicant must have proven experience in managing complex projects and executing projects on time and on budget. Must work independently and with minimal supervision. Must possess exceptional organizational, interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem solving are a must. Minimum Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: Applicant should have proven experience in leading small businesses from startups, business expansion to next levels in business, and competing in the technology-based global society; applying for and utilizing resources from agencies such as the Small Business Development Administration(SBA), United States Department of Aquiculture (USDA), Mississippi Development Authority (MDA); knowledge and experience in applying for local, state, and federal contracts and procurement, navigating SBA, MDA, and financial institutions; managing complex projects and executing projects on time and on budget.
