About the Job

Are you committed to advancing social impact through rigorous research and meaningful stakeholder engagement? The CESG Project Manager position offers a unique opportunity to shape the research direction of CESG and enhance our outreach efforts.

Reporting directly to the CESG Assistant Director and supporting the CESG Director, you will conduct in-depth research and analysis across key focus areas: Social Mobility, Resilient Families, Healthcare & Eldercare, and Sustainability & Environment. Your work will be instrumental in strengthening CESG’s research capabilities and driving evidence-based outcomes.

In this dynamic role, you will design and lead both quantitative and qualitative research initiatives, ensuring that all presentation materials and editorial articles meet the highest standards of professionalism. You will also serve as the project manager for CESG’s training programmes. You will oversee the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of these programmes, ensuring they meet strategic objectives and deliver exceptional participant experiences.

Your contributions will directly enhance the credibility and influence of CESG, enabling us to reach broader audiences and increase participation in our consultancy and training programmes. What You Will Be Doing

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and define research areas and topics for CESG projects.
  • Execute quantitative and qualitative research throughout project lifecycles to obtain actionable data.
  • Utilize diverse data collection methods, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and online tracking.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform research outcomes.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage CESG training programmes from inception to completion.
  • Oversee logistics, budgeting, and resource allocation for training initiatives.
  • Monitor programme performance, gather feedback, and implement improvements for future sessions.
  • Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to maximize value creation.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder, preferably with at least 5 years relevant working experience in social impact sector
  • Critical thinker and self-directed
  • Related outreach experience in social, community or education work
  • Experience in leading and managing industry partnership and stakeholders’
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
  • Knowledge of SPSS, Power BI or Excel for data analysis
