Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, information systems, or related field.- Certification by a recognized project management authority (e.g., Project Management Institute – PMP®, Certified Associate in Project Management, PRINCE2®, or equivalent) required at time of hire or within six months of hire. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, balancing scope, time, cost, and quality. - Strong financial acumen to support project budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. - Knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance requirements, and process improvement methodologies. - Proficiency in project management software and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. - Skill in developing project charters, work breakdown structures, risk registers, and communication plans.
