About Us

NUS Enterprise is the innovation and entrepreneurship arm of the National University of Singapore (NUS). Our mission is to enable innovation at scale through enterprise systems that connect data, workflows, and people. We are implementing platforms such as Quantium for fund management, Xero for accounting, Workable for HR, Slack for communication, Monday.com for workflows, Submittable and Skipso for program/grant management, and n8n for automation.

The Role

You will own the delivery of our enterprise systems roadmap, coordinating system rollouts, ensuring platform integrations, and managing a team that spans technical and business functions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the implementation and integration of core systems: Quantium, Xero, Workable, Slack, Monday.com, Submittable, Skipso, and n8n.
• Manage and coach a team including Product Manager, Systems Administrators, and AI-focused hires.
• Work with stakeholders to capture requirements, prioritize needs, and translate them into project plans.
• Maintain project roadmaps, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Oversee platform interoperability and data flows between HR, Finance, Fund Management, and Program systems.
• Oversee contribution of data from enterprise platforms into the Azure system of record, ensuring consistency and data quality.
• Ensure compliance, data integrity, and system security.
• Report project progress, risks, and impact to senior leadership.
• Identify and champion opportunities to embed AI and automation into enterprise workflows.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of project management experience in IT, SaaS implementation, or digital transformation.
• Strong technical literacy in SaaS platforms, APIs, and system integrations.
• Experience in business process modelling and system design.
• Proven track record leading teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day delivery.
• Demonstrated AI/LLM project work.

Bonus Points: PMP, Agile/Scrum certification, or experience implementing enterprise platforms and AI/automation.
