The scope of your work will be:
- Coordination of project implementation throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Monitoring projects, ensuring compliance with objectives, milestones, and mandatory indicators according to the approved schedule and funding conditions
- Ongoing project and financial tracking of budgets, timelines, and indicators
- Preparation of monitoring reports and other required outputs (progress, final, or ad hoc reports)
- Administration of budget changes, amendments, and project adjustments in coordination with the faculty’s project office
- Ensuring project implementation complies with funder regulations, national legislation, and university internal rules
- Methodological support for principal investigators and project teams
- Close collaboration with the centre’s financial manager on budget control, financial planning, and preparation of materials for reporting and audits
- Cooperation with the HR department/personnel officer on planning staffing capacity and monitoring personnel costs
- Regular coordination with the Faculty of Medicine’s Project Office, especially regarding financial control, reporting, audits, and communication with funding providers
- Preparation of documentation for internal and external project audits and inspections
- Recording and archiving project documentation in accordance with public funding requirements
- Assistance in the preparation of new project proposals (budgets, schedules, administrative requirements)
Required qualification:
- University degree (Master’s level minimum)
- Experience in project administration or management (min. 2 years)
- Experience in team leadership
- Ability to work systematically with budgets, schedules, and project documentation
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills
- Advanced computer skills – excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- Active knowledge of the Czech language
- Active knowledge of English (min. B2)
