Supervise project staff to ensure successful completion of project duties.Contribute to collaborative team meetings and set timelines for completion of study/ project components. Required Qualifications:Work Experience:- Eight (8) years of experience in program evaluation, health services research, population health or a related field. Education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.
- Experience developing and implementing mixed-methods program evaluation.
- Experience with report preparation and data visualization.
- Experience using code-based statistical software (e.g. Stata, SAS, R) and qualitative analysis software (e.g. Nvivo).
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management software (e.g. SmartSheet)
Preferred Qualifications: Work Experience:
- Experience with publishing peer-reviewed evaluation results and distilling evaluation findings for use by audiences for informing policy and practice.
- Experience leading evaluation efforts and managing teams.
- Experience managing multiple research and evaluation projects.
- Knowledge and familiarity with rural Kansas.
- Knowledge of public health evaluation frameworks (e.g. ReAIM, PRISM, CDC Framework).
- Familiarity with principles and approaches of equitable evaluation.

Compensation Statement:The pay range listed for this position is determined by our compensation program using market data and salary benchmarking. A combination of factors is considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, education, experience and training, qualifications relative to the requirements of the position, and funding. At the University of Kansas Medical Center, a reasonable estimate for the starting pay range will be the minimum to midpoint of the posted range, taking into account the combination of factors listed above.
