Project Manager - Senior Manager / Associate Director
Job Description
The Project Manager will support the HR department in fully leveraging technology to achieve its strategic objectives. The role partners closely with internal and external stakeholders, to plan, design, implement, support, and measure HR Technology solutions, like SAP SuccessFactors, impress.ai, RPAs Agentic-AI tools, to deliver meaningful value to employees and organization.
This position serves as the bridge between HR and IT, ensuring technology solutions meet business needs and drive tangible outcomes. The ideal candidate possesses both strong HR domain knowledge and robust technical skills to manage system changes and implementations effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various HR functions / CoEs to define, assess business needs, and implement forward-looking digital solutions to enhance HR performance and operational excellence.
- Research and adopt modern digital workplace technologies to improve employee experience, promote collaboration, and increase productivity.
- Oversee the design, development, implementation, deployment, change management and the maintenance of HR systems and related applications.
- Work closely with business users, IT and vendors to ensure that business requirements are met according to agreed deliverables, timelines, and resources.
- Provide on-going support for current SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding modules, as well as Impress.ai recruiting system. In-addition, lead the initiative to source, evaluate and implement an intelligent ATS that standardize the university’s end-to-end hiring process, for both for both academic and administrative hires.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, HR or related field.
- Min 10 years of relevant HR-IT experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting, Onboarding, L&M) is preferred.
- Strong project management skills with experience in leading system implementations, HR digitalization, and business process re-engineering (BPR) projects.
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and resolve conflict effectively.
- Strong collaboration skills experience working across business units, and managing vendor relationships.
- Experience with technologies such as Generative AI, Agentic AI tools, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Power BI, and Power Automate will be an advantage.
