Join the Terrestrial Ecosystem Research Network (TERN) as a Project Officer supporting the delivery of the Threatened Species Index. In this collegial, high performing team, you will contribute to nationally significant biodiversity monitoring by coordinating project activities, supporting stakeholder engagement, and ensuring high quality project delivery.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, coordination, monitoring and evaluation.
- Organising and supporting project activities such as meetings, events, stakeholder consultations and communications.
- Managing project documentation, including data entry, record keeping and document control.
- Coordinating stakeholder engagement activities and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners.
- Acting as a central point of contact, managing incoming queries, customer management, and user support for the Index.
