  • Support operational improvements across perioperative workflows (pre-op, intra-op, PACU)
  • Contribute to construction and facility-related projects, including workflow design and activation planning
  • Develop clear, concise communication materials for leadership, committees, and frontline staff
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory, safety, and institutional standards
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple concurrent, multi-phase projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into action
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including clinical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in ambiguity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Candidates should have knowledge of UM policies and procedures.

Senior Level Required Qualification:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare or a similar complex environment

Intermediate Level Required Qualification:

PMP certification or equivalent

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with clinical and operational leaders
