SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: Individuals in this role will contribute to a variety of duties supporting the implementation of Crestron Programming.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES The following duties are typical for this classification. Incumbents may not perform all of the listed duties and/or may be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth below to address business needs and changing business practices
- Collaborating on Crestron XiO Cloud enterprise configuration
- Supporting device onboarding and lifecycle management
- Assisting with role-based administrative access model
- Contributing to alerting / monitoring setup
- Contributing to naming standards and room taxonomy
- Supporting with documentation and knowledge transfer
Ability to: Communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing. Work independently while managing multiple assignments and deadlines. Maintain sensitivity to and understanding the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds of students, including veterans and military families. Report on working on a regular and consistent basis, as scheduled, to assigned job.

Work is primarily performed in an office environment using a computer and standard office equipment. The position requires prolonged periods of sitting, viewing a computer screen, and performing repetitive hand movements. Employment Conditions and Information: This is a short-term, temporary, hourly Non-Bargaining Unit (NBU) assignment, not to exceed 160 days and 960 hours per fiscal year (July 1st through June 30th). Short-term, temporary NBU positions may only be used on an intermittent, seasonal, or project basis.
