Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for the full lifecycle of Psychology training programs, from recruitment and application through program completion, including budget planning, resource allocation, and program evaluation.
- Lead the development, coordination, and delivery of educational materials and communications to support didactics, seminars, and departmental training initiatives.
- Direct comprehensive trainee onboarding operations, including institutional system access, HR compliance, scheduling, orientation programming, payroll coordination, benefits enrollment, credentialing, and required training completion to ensure a seamless trainee experience.
- Champion an inclusive, welcoming, and candidate-centered recruitment and onboarding experience that supports diverse populations across all psychology training programs.
- Serve as a collaborative leader and strategic partner with Training Directors, program coordinators, and Office of Education and Training leadership to drive program growth, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work Location:
Hybrid – this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in education, psychology, business, public administration, health care, educational technology, social science, liberal arts, communications, accounting, finance, library science, or a directly related field from an accredited institution.
- 4-6 years of professional experience in complex program or administrative support.
A combination of education and related technical/military/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree on a year for year basis.
An advanced degree (Masters or Doctorate) may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis if the degree is in a field of study directly related to the work assignment.
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in the following areas is preferred: Complex program support in an academic or medicine setting Designing and implementing academic programs, including seminars, didactics, and symposia. Managing student workers and interns using CU programs and systems, with expertise in onboarding, payroll, and annual evaluations. Maintaining and updating application processes, managing interview schedules, and contributing to candidate selection meetings. Educational and administrative support to students throughout internship programs, demonstrating mentorship and institutional knowledge. Managing communications and media presence for educational programs.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution.
- Outstanding customer service skills and administrative skills, including calendar management, event coordination, financial tracking, and communications management.
- Proven ability to collaborate with various key stakeholders, including faculty, directors, and other coordinators, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ability to work independently and exercise discretion in various academic, administrative, and HR functions.
- Demonstrated commitment and leadership ability to work with diverse populations.
- Data tracking and analysis in systems like Microsoft Office, CU Data or HCM, particularly in preparing longitudinal program outcomes
- High level of integrity with ability to exercise strict confidentiality.

Anticipated Pay Range:
The starting salary range for this position has been established as ( $63,554 – $80,840)
The above salary range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level.
