General requirements
- Applicants must hold an undergraduate or master’s degree, with Clinical Sciences PhD requiring a Master’s in Clinical Psychology (with Turkish equivalence if obtained abroad)
- Official transcripts required with minimum 3.00 GPA and certified translations if applicable
- English proficiency required (TOEFL, YDS, e-YDS, YÖKDİL, or e-YÖKDİL) with minimum score 80
- GRE (for international applicants) or ALES (for Turkish applicants) required (BA: ALES 80 or GRE 156; MA: ALES 70 or GRE 153)
- 3 reference letters required (not required from KU Psychology BA alumni)
- Statement of Purpose required (maximum 2,000 words)
- Written exam assessing psychology knowledge, research methods, and scientific reasoning required
- Missing GRE/ALES or language scores can be submitted later but must meet minimum requirements
