Position Summary

Clean and maintain good presentation of all the restrooms, lobbies, hallways and stairs of the Georgia Center plus other additional duties related to the cleaning of the offices. This work could involve unexpected duties such as custodial, linen services, and laundry tasks or public area duties in emergency situations or shortage of staff.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all the public restrooms according with the expectation of the visitors and guests. (30%)
• Vacuum all the lobbies, hallways and entrances of the Center every day. Vacuum all the offices at least once a week. (25%)
• Daily: pick-up trash in each of the lobbies, hallways, and entrances as well as in all the offices of the Center. (25%)
• Dust all the window frames, doors, pictures, tables, etc., and clean all glass windows from the inside of the building. (20%)
