Salary/Pay Range: $48,525- $64,700 annually. Compensation will be commensurate upon experience and qualifications. This position is Exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) overtime provisions.

  • The position is 50% high school programming, 30% coordinating logistics, 15% scholar and community outreach, marketing and communications, and 5% other duties as assigned.

Tentative Search Timeline

  • Priority will be given to applications submitted by: March 23, 2026.
  • UCCS Spring Break: March 23 - 27, 2026
  • Application Review: March 30 - April 3, 2026
  • Potential interview dates: Week of April 6 - 10, 2026 and the week of April 13 - 17, 2026.
  • Potential start date: May 1, 2026.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Candidates' bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
  • Experience in program development, event planning and management, case management, data collection, tracking and analysis, program evaluation and/or youth programming that enhances transition to and retention in college is preferred.
  • Experience working with diverse youth in a culturally responsive, strength-based setting is preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced collaborative environment with minimal supervision is preferred.
  • Experience in marketing and communications is preferred.
