We seek a motivated computer science assistant to support development of Proactive, an AI-integrated healthcare simulation platform enabling asynchronous skill acquisition for healthcare students and professionals. Responsibilities include coding user interaction components and backend functionality, developing responsive web interfaces, implementing API endpoints for user authentication and progress tracking, and supporting AWS cloud deployment processes. Candidates should have proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or similar programming languages, experience with web development frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular preferred), and familiarity with version control systems. This position offers valuable experience in healthcare technology development, opportunities to contribute to peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations, and exposure to regulatory compliance in healthcare applications.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: BS in Computer Science

Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Computer Science Experience with front and back-end application development

Work Hours: 8am - 5pm

Work Days: Monday - Friday

Hours Per Week: 5-10

Anticipated Hiring Range: $15 / hour
