Job Responsibilities
Perform drywall patching, repairs, sanding, and finishing.
Complete interior and exterior painting and touch-ups.
Install and repair trim, molding, and baseboards.
Perform minor carpentry and woodworking repairs.
Install and adjust doors, locks, hinges, and hardware.
Complete minor flooring and tile repairs.
Perform caulking, sealing, and general finishing work.
Assist with cabinet installation, adjustments, and repairs.
Handle minor plumbing repairs within applicable licensing requirements.
Assist with basic electrical repairs when properly qualified and authorized.
Complete general handyman and property maintenance tasks.
Identify and correct imperfections before final project completion.
Follow punch lists and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Communicate with supervisors regarding project progress and needed materials.
Qualifications
Previous experience in construction, remodeling, maintenance, or handyman work.
Working knowledge of multiple construction trades.
Experience using hand tools and power tools.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks.
Dependable, punctual, and professional.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
