Position Summary
The Purchasing and Contracts department within Business Services at the University at Buffalo is seeking a Purchase Assistant to handle multiple tasks to assist our team of buyers with tasks related to procurement items for the entire campus community.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Procurement, Contract Administration & Records Management
- Data Management & Financial Processing
- Compliance & Audit Support
- Administrative & Project Support

Minimum Qualifications
