Your Mission:
As the Manager of Academic Quality and Standards Oversight, your mission is to design, deliver, and manage the critical systems of oversight that safeguard the quality and standards of all academic delivery at our partnering institutions. Your role focuses on operational excellence and strategic assurance:
- Governance and Quality Mechanisms: You will have oversight of all key quality mechanisms, including coordinating and leading reporting for Examination Boards, Partnership Development Meetings, and Academic Misconduct Panels.
- Partnership and Tutor Management: You are responsible for the management, development, and oversight of the Link Tutor system. You will liaise with Link Tutors, External Examiners, and local tutors, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.
- Strategic Analysis and Risk: Using available data, you will analyse the teaching and assessment performance of partner centres. A key focus is on strategic analysis and risk management to drive improvement in recruitment, retention, and student destinations.
- System and Process Implementation: You will take responsibility for the timetabling and delivery of the academic quality calendar, and for ensuring partners produce all necessary documentation in line with corporate and statutory requirements.
