General requirements
Competitive applicants have a background in probability and mathematical statistics, linear algebra, and differential equations. Applicants with little or no statistical background are strongly advised to take additional coursework for preparation in this area. A minimum grade point average of 3.0 for the most recent 60 semester or 90 quarter credits of study is required. GRE test is not required.
