As a Quick Service Team Member you will: Provide excellent customer service to all guests through front of house and back of house operations within the University Dining restaurant concepts.

This includes:

• Greeting all guests in a friendly manner.
• Accurately entering orders into the POS System.
• Cashier duties.
• Food preparation based on orders and special requests.
• Processing all mobile orders in a timely manner.
• Front end and kitchen stocking.
• Ingredient preparation.
• Inventory.
• Dish machine operation.
• Cleaning duties.
• Opening and closing procedures.
• Monitoring food quality and safety.
• Assist with training new staff as necessary.
• Operate the computer for some training, email, and other related tasks.

Minimum Required Qualifications: High School education plus one year of experience in a work environment required; equivalency considered. Ability to read, write, weigh and measure necessary. Flexibility, ability to communicate and being a team player essential. Food Handler's permit or ability to obtain by passing the Safety and Sanitation test required. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and push/pull up to 100lbs required.
