Qualifications & Experience

• Assistant Professor: Ph.D. in a relevant field (from a globally reputed universities). Demonstrated teaching and curriculum development ability.
• Associate Professor: Ph.D. in the relevant discipline. Minimum 8 years of teaching/research, including 3 years as Assistant Professor. Strong research track record with peer-reviewed publications.
• Professor: Ph.D. in the relevant discipline. Minimum 12 years of academic/research experience with leadership roles. Proven record of doctoral supervision, funded research, and publications.
