Location: Brunel University of London, Uxbridge Campus
Salary Reader (ACR Grade): £74,075 per annum inclusive of London Weighting, with potential to progress to £79,836 per annum inclusive of London Weighting
Salary Professor (ACP Grade): Minimum £76,909 per annum inclusive of London Weighting
Hours: Full-time
Contract Type: Fixed term (3 Years)

Brunel Business School is seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial leader to drive the growth of its executive education portfolio.
Reporting directly to the Executive Dean, the successful candidate will lead the development, promotion, and delivery of executive education programmes, building strong partnerships with businesses, public sector organisations, and international clients. The role combines strategic leadership, business development, and academic collaboration to generate sustainable income growth and enhance Brunel’s reputation for impactful executive learning.
This newly created position offers a unique opportunity to shape a strategically important growth area for the School and play a central role in expanding its executive education activities and external engagement.
We are looking for an individual with a strong track record in executive education, professional learning, business development, consultancy, or organisational development. The successful candidate will combine commercial awareness with academic credibility and have experience building partnerships, developing programmes, generating income, and leading innovation.
