Receptionist

The Department of Oncology has an exciting opportunity for a receptionist with a can-do approach to join our passionate and dedicated team at the University of Cambridge. Working as part of the Department's administration and facilities teams, you will act as the first point of contact for all visitors and staff visiting the newly redeveloped Early Cancer Institute building.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, proactive, and has a keen interest in providing customer service to a wide range of stakeholders. In addition to offering an efficient and professional reception service, the postholder will be involved with assisting with the smooth running of the Department by providing basic secretarial, clerical, and administrative support.

This role will be fully in-person and based at the Early Cancer Institute building on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus. We also welcome applications for part-time or job-share arrangements and are committed to flexible working to foster a diverse, inclusive workforce. If interested in a job share, please indicate this in your application and we will explore options during recruitment.

Informal enquiries are welcome and can be directed to iac32@cam.ac.uk (Ingrid Cizaite, Office Manager).
