The School consists of three departments—Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry—with more than 50 faculty members.

We are now inviting applications for the position of Chair of the Department of Physics/ Chemistry.

I. The position of Chair of the Department of Physics

The Department of Physics covers a wide range of research areas, including theoretical physics, quantum physics and information, statistical physics and complex systems, condensed matter physics, biological and chemical physics, particle physics, atomic, molecular, and optical physics, astrophysics.

Key Responsibilities: Provide overall leadership in teaching, research, and administrative management of the Department of Physics.

II. The position of Chair of the Department of Chemistry

The Department of Chemistry covers a wide range of research areas, including computational and quantum chemistry, physical chemistry, organic and inorganic chemistry, analytical chemistry, polymer chemistry.

Key Responsibilities: Provide overall leadership in teaching, research, and administrative management of the Department of Chemistry.
