Based on the unique research object of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, Peking University Qinghai-Tibet Plateau Research Institute relies on the advantages of the school's comprehensive liberal arts, science, medicine and engineering disciplines, deeply integrates the school's interdisciplinary research forces, integrates multiple innovation subjects, and builds a full-chain scientific and technological innovation system. Job Responsibilities
1. Carry out scientific research work in the fields related to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, including but not limited to plateau ecological environment, plateau medicine and health, plateau history and humanities, etc.
2. Undertake relevant scientific research projects, publish high-level academic papers, and strive for scientific research funds.
3. Participate in the teaching and talent training of the institute and guide graduate students.
4. Carry out cooperation and exchanges with relevant units inside and outside the school to promote the development of interdisciplinary integration and transformation of results.
Application conditions (age, education, teaching, scientific research, etc.)
Recruitment directions: Plateau ecological environment, plateau medicine and environmental health, plateau history and humanities.
1. Have a firm political stance, good professional ethics, be honest and trustworthy, love your job, work carefully and steadily, and love education.
2. Applicants should have a doctoral degree and postdoctoral research experience, and their research direction should be related to the study of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and they should have rich relevant research experience.
3. Have good academic quality and academic ethics, and be able to carry out scientific research independently.
Assistant Researcher: The applicant should be under 35 years of age, but this age limit may be relaxed for outstanding candidates; the applicant should have achieved certain scientific research results in the research field and possess strong scientific research ability and innovation potential.
Associate Researcher:
The age should generally not exceed 35 years old, and the age limit can be relaxed appropriately for outstanding candidates; candidates who have published high-level academic papers in the research field they are engaged in, have the ability to apply for scientific research projects independently, and have undertaken relevant scientific research projects will be given priority.
Researcher: The age should not exceed 40 years old, and this requirement can be relaxed appropriately for outstanding candidates; the candidate should have published a series of academic achievements in the research field he/she is engaged in, have extensive academic influence, have presided over major scientific research projects, and be able to lead the development direction of the discipline.
