Your new challenge

You are a leader who will take strategic responsibility for and further develop the already successfully initiated transformation process and in so doing will motivate and integrate the members of the university in teaching, research and administration.

You will satisfy the requirements in accordance with the Saxony-Anhalt Higher Education Act (§ 69 HSG LSA, including: you will be the holder of a professorship).

Provided that the relevant requirements are met (assuming, among other things, that the candidate is under the age of 52) the appointee will be granted temporary civil servant status, otherwise they will be employed on the basis of a temporary employment relationship under private law. The term in office is four years. There is a possibility of reselection. The duties and further requirements can be found in the Saxony-Anhalt Higher Education Act (§ 69 HSG LSA).
