As the Higher Education sector prepares for REF2029, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the University's submission from within the School of Clinical Medicine and one of the world's most prestigious academic environments.
As a highly organised and detail-focused coordinator, you will support the REF academic leads and the REF Manager in delivering against the multiple assessed elements of the REF2029 submission. You will assist with data gathering, evidence compilation, and stakeholder engagement, working collaboratively across the School and 3 large Units of Assessment.
About You
You will bring strong administrative and organisational skills to this fast-paced role, with a proactive approach and the ability to manage a varied and demanding workload. You will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, engaging confidently with senior academics and professional colleagues across the University.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Knowledge and experience of the REF2029 process and associated University policies and procedures
- Familiarity with Cambridge REF-related systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior academics and researchers at all levels
- Experience of supporting Senior University Committees
