Mileage will be given when personal vehicle usage is necessary outside of the peak recruitment season, when a rental is not provided. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. A minimum of one (1) years' experience recruiting students for educational opportunities. Ability to travel extensively (in and out of state) throughout the academic year, primarily in Southwestern Michigan. Must possess a valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to the University by the University's insurance carrier. Ability to work extended hours. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with others. Desired Qualifications: Master's Degree preferred.
