Registered Behavior Technician

Full time
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to clients
- Implement individualized programs for children based on ABA principles as written by the Behavior Analyst
- Accurately record information on client progress throughout the session
- Complete daily progress notes
- Be courteous and professional with clients, families, and community organizations
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, families, and other professionals
- Maintain 30 billable client contact hours per week
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Hold a current Registered Behavior Technician Certificate from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or be able to obtain one at the time of hire
- Able to lift at least 25 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Able to work with young children
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of customer service
