Resolve Diamondback is seeking a Full-Time Registered Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on resident health and wellness through nutrition assessment, education, and care planning.

Responsibilities
- Conduct nutrition assessments and screenings for residents
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans
- Provide nutrition counseling and education to residents, families, and staff
- Monitor resident weights, nutritional status, and dietary interventions
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy teams, and dietary services
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
- Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
- Review menus and dietary programs to support resident needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian credential required
- Current licensure/certification as required by state regulations
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or healthcare settings preferred
- Knowledge of clinical nutrition, therapeutic diets, and regulatory requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
