Registered Nurse:

Provide nursing care to students at the University of South Carolina

Assist providers with evaluation, health screenings, treatment plans, referrals, education, emotional support, and preventative care. Duties include providing diagnostic tests and treatment modalities. Works with other members of the healthcare team, family, and/or caretakers to provide compassionate care. Assist with case management duties, including referrals to community providers and obtaining preauthorization from insurance companies.

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 1 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.

This position is a part-time position, 22.5 hours per week.
