"Registered Nurse Pediatric Research"

The Pediatric Clinical Research Center (PCRC) and Research Infusion Center (RIC) the RN is responsible for services supporting clinical research investigators and the care of research and research infusion patients. This includes assessment of patient needs, implementations of research protocols and nursing interventions, treatment delivery, monitoring and patient education. To accomplish these tasks, the RN works directly with patients as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team. They also actively participate in assisting physicians with medical assessments per protocol. Direct patient care includes initiating enzyme replacement therapy and other investigational treatments, administrating medications, patient education, phlebotomy, vitals monitoring and observation.

The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $89.02 - $115.34 (Hourly Rate).
