About This Opportunity
An exciting 18-month fixed-term opportunity has become available within our Widening Participation team, following internal career progression. Step into a role with real purpose as a Reporting and Evaluations Officer, where you’ll use data to shape and enhance programs that support students from underrepresented backgrounds driving meaningful change and better outcomes across UQ.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Collecting, analysing and interpreting complex datasets to support reporting, briefings and strategic decisions
- Preparing high-quality reports for internal stakeholders and external (including government) requirements
- Coordinating program evaluations and contributing to the design of a robust evaluation framework
- Identifying trends, insights and opportunities to improve program design and delivery
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the University to align reporting with strategic priorities
