Research Aide
The Research Aide (Research Technician 1) provides support for program evaluation and health professions educational research in the College of Medicine (COM) Office of Curriculum and Scholarship (OCS). Assists OCS researchers and COM faculty in the development and design of program evaluation and educational research plans and protocols; researches current scientific literature on specified topics; assists in managing, analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing data; uses analytics tools to create interactive dashboards for stakeholders; supports the development of academic products, such as manuscripts and posters; and assists in designing, implementing, and evaluating faculty development programs related to program evaluation and educational research.
Minimum Education/Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or GED. Requires successful completion of a background check. Selected candidate may be requested to complete a pre-employment physical including a drug screen
