Salary Package: From $111,643 - $121,045 per annum (HEW 7) plus superannuation & annual leave loading.

About the Role

Macquarie University is seeking a collaborative and highly organised Research & Ethics Training Program Coordinator to support the ARC Centre of Excellence for the Elimination of Violence Against Women (CEVAW).

Working closely with the CEVAW Deputy Director (Indigenous), this role will coordinate the delivery and ongoing development of the Research & Ethics Training Program, supporting researchers, students, and stakeholders across CEVAW’s national and international network.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating and supporting the delivery of the Research & Ethics Training Program.
Maintaining detailed enrolment and completion records.
Contributing to the publication of program findings and innovations; and ensuring effective marketing, publicity, and administration.
Close liaison with academics, students, Chief Investigators (CIs), Deputy Directors (DDs), and the CEVAW operations team to support the success of the Program.
Building relationships with experts across relevant fields to facilitate Masterclasses.
Organising annual events that foster industry and community partnerships and reciprocal mentoring relationships.
Overseeing budgeting, financial record keeping, and reconciliation to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of the Program.
