Job Title: Research Assistant and Field Investigator

Project Title: Impact Assessment of Sukanya Samridhi Yojana as a Tool for Financial Inclusion for Women: An Investigation across different regions of India

Essential Qualifications:

• For Research Assistant position: Ph.D./ M.Phil./ Postgraduate in social science discipline with minimum 55%
• For Field Investigator position: Postgraduate in social science discipline with minimum 55%

Desirable Qualification:

• Familiarity with advanced statistical methods for causal inference.
• Proficient to use software such as SPSS, SMART PLS.
• Excellent data analysis and report writing skills.

Project Duration: The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project which is sanctioned up to May 2027 or till the completion of the project.

Emoluments:

Research Assistant: Upto 04 Months or till completion of Project (If the performance of candidate is found unsatisfactory during the tenure, the position may be terminated with one month of prior notice).

Field Investigator: Upto 03 Months or till completion of Project (If the performance of candidate is found unsatisfactory during the tenure, the position may be terminated with one month of prior notice).

Remuneration: As per the rates approved by the ICSSR, New Delhi @ Rs. 32,000/- p.m. for Research Assistant and @ Rs. 30,000/- p.m for Field Investigator.
