Job Description
- Research Coordination and Participant Management
- Coordinate participant recruitment activities.
- Manage scheduling, consent documentation, and communication with older adults and their caregivers.
- Data Collection and Management
- Conduct and support qualitative data collection through face-to-face or online interviews.
- Ensure secure data handling and storage in compliance with ethics requirements.
- Administrative and Reporting Support
- Prepare progress reports, meeting summaries, and ethics-related documentation.
- Assist in preparing manuscripts, presentations, and grant-related materials.
- Team and Communication Support
- Liaise with collaborating institutions and coordinate research logistics.
- Participate in regular project meetings and contribute to overall study management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Dental Science, Social Science, or Public Health.
- Familiarity with research ethics and handling of sensitive data involving older adults or healthcare settings.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under supervision.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written); ability to communicate sensitively with older adults and caregivers.
- Prior experience in qualitative research, including conducting interviews, is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative attitude.
- A sincere, honest, and proactive learner who demonstrates responsibility and integrity in work.
- Empathy and compassion for older adults, with a genuine interest in improving their quality of life.
