Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Interactive Media, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, Game Design, Psychology, Computer Science, Digital Media, Cognitive Science, Communication, or a related discipline;
• Strong spoken and written English;
• Strong spoken and written Chinese;
• Excellent communication and organisational skills;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within interdisciplinary research projects; and
• Interest in accessibility, immersive technologies, design research, virtual reality, user experience, and inclusive design.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preference will be given to candidates with one or more of the following:

• Cantonese proficiency;
• Experience conducting interviews, workshops, co-design activities, focus groups, or user studies;
• Experience working with community organisations, accessibility projects, or special-needs populations;
• Experience in UX research, interaction design, service design, or human-centred design;
• Familiarity with qualitative coding, thematic analysis, or research software;
• Experience conducting literature reviews, systematic reviews, or abstract screening;
• Experience with Unity, VR/XR development, interactive media production, or digital prototyping;
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, GitHub, Adobe Creative Suite, or related software; and
• Interest in accessibility technologies, spatial audio, immersive learning, or assistive technologies.
