• Driving research activities towards defined goals in specified timeline
• Identifying technology development opportunities to solve major problems in the healthcare sector
• Processing in data analysis and management
• Drafting reports and other publications
• Delivering high-quality presentations to collaborators and industrial partners
• Performing various laboratory administrative duties
• Supporting various Centre’s events & activities
• Handling other relevant tasks as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Skills and Requirements

• Field of Study: MPhil or BSc degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Physics or related disciplines
• Preferably with research experience in electrocorticography, brain-computer interface, device fabrications, flexible electronics, sensors, and cleanroom
• Fresh graduates with outstanding academic achievement and strong passion in applied research of biomedical instrumentation will also be considered
• Fluent in English in both writing and verbal communications; clear and concise writing skills
• Good time management with a strong sense of responsibility and research ethics
• Mature, self-motivated, confident and able to work under pressure
